By accessing or using ridgelineskin.com, placing an order, or signing up for our emails, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Ridgeline Skin products are cosmetics, not drugs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We do our best to display product colors, sizes, and ingredients accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's representation matches the physical product. Ingredients are listed on each product page; review them before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a dermatologist if you have a skin condition or experience a reaction.

All orders are processed through Shopify. When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we suspect are fraudulent, violate these terms, or cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts apply only during their stated window and cannot be combined unless we indicate otherwise.

We ship to the addresses and regions listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Final-sale items are not eligible for return.

We do not offer on-site customer accounts. To view past orders, manage a subscription, or update your shipping address, visit our Shopify account page. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials you create through Shopify confidential.

All content on this site — including the Ridgeline Skin name, logo, product designs, photography, and copy — is owned by Ridgeline Skin LLC or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

"Ridgeline Skin" and associated marks are trademarks of Ridgeline Skin LLC.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our systems, or Shopify's systems;
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the site, including by introducing viruses or submitting automated requests;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect personal data of other users without consent.

Our site links to and relies on third-party services, including Shopify for checkout and Google Analytics for traffic measurement. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product will achieve a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgeline Skin LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, or from any inability to use them. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ridgeline Skin LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oregon for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
